1. there is lot of weightage to the design facile technique for MFs. NSL, PMCS and mask dsign, NSL, profiometry based scarcthing of ns-TiOx; offer gerat possiblity of MFs for functional substrte for cell based assays. Trying all of these will add new dimesnion to MFs techniques towards cell based assya.
2. Writing a review summerising all these techniques offers good future potenatil.
3. FRAP based photobleaching on solid substartes using adsorption on ns-TiOx, will generate photbleach region, those give wider possiblity of ROS generation and susbsequnet cell detachment regions
